Reservation information and Confirmation list

*The clinic will not provide a service for walk-in customers. The customers must always make a reservation in advance before receiving our services.

*For customers who are under 19 years old, before receiving the services, your parents need to fill out the clinic’s consent form and you need to bring the documents to the clinic on the day that you will receive the services. However, without the consent document, the clinic will not be able to provide any services for the customers.

*Please refrains from bringing children (under 12 years of age) with you. However, if it is a must, a child is required to be always looked after by its caretaker while parents are receiving services of the clinic because if there is an unexpected event, the clinic will not be responsible at all cases.

*Due to the impact of COVID-19 that has not been resolved,
please refrains from bring your follower along with you.

The last booking time is on Monday – Friday at 4 PM. and Saturday – Sunday at 5 PM. The last booking acceptance time may be different (depending on the services). Customers can directly contact the clinic.

*To cancel or rearrange the time, please contact the clinic directly.

On the booking date, if the customer comes late for more than 15 minutes or has not contacted the clinic, the reservation will be cancelled. (Please contact us)
